The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the WDC Shop.

You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

TRADING

WDC Shop is a trading name of WDC (Trading) Limited (Registered company number 2593116) itself a wholly owned subsidiary of Whale and Dolphin Conservation (Registered charity number 1014705).

All post tax profits made by WDC (Trading) Ltd are gift aided to Whale and Dolphin Conservation.

PURCHASING AND PRICE

When you submit your order you are allowing WDC (Trading) Limited to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event of there being a problem with your order we will communicate with you via e-mail, telephone or letter.

All prices on this website will remain unchanged until at least 30th September 2015 and include VAT (where applicable) at applicable current rate. WDC (Trading) Limited reserves its right to make any amendment to prices on this web-site that are as a result of any unexpected price or VAT changes.

All prices are displayed, and will be charged, in Pounds sterling. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the event of this happening a carefully selected alternative or a full refund may be sent.

DELIVERY

From the time we receive your order, for UK customers we aim to deliver your goods to you within 3 to 5 working days. EU customers please allow 7-14 working days and Rest of the World customers please allow 14-21 working days. However please allow another 7 working days before querying a non-delivery. If any item is out of stock you will receive a credit note or an item will be substituted.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

The WDC Shop offers a no-quibble return policy. Should you be less than delighted with any item you buy from us for any reason, return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement or full refund.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

The WDC Shop supply goods which are guaranteed to be durable and reliable. In the event that any product purchased proves to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us, along with the completed goods returned form, for a replacement or a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning goods to WDC Shop unless they are faulty or delivered to you in error. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS

Please note that once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order or make any amendments to the address or items ordered.

You are entitled to return the whole order, or an individual product, unopened and in its original packaging and condition for a full refund along with a completed goods returned form.

Where a refund is claimed, please allow 21 days for us to refund your money.
